WWE NXT returns following a highly successful Great American Bash event which saw the NXT Championship change hands (congrats, Keith Lee). This week, NXT returns to a new normal and features what might just be a show-stealing women’s main event. A new era of NXT begins with Keith Lee replacing Adam Cole and joining Io Shirai at the top of the mountain. Let’s dive in and take a look at what the black and yellow brand has in store!
Last week North American Champion Keith Lee made history by dethroning NXT Champion Adam Cole, becoming the first Superstar to hold two NXT singles titles simultaneously. Elsewhere, Candice LeRae prevailed over Mia Yim in a brutal Street Fight, Santos Escobar and the rest of Legado del Fantasma claimed a Six-Man Tag win over Drake Maverick & Breezango, and more happened.
